A summary of 2012. 
Decided to stop renewing my property agent license, a chore having to keep attending lesson to attain the CPD points to secure my license.
Still continue to work in the tuition centre, has been working in there for almost a year.
Everything is good. Just can't wait to finish studies & focus on earning money.
